Biasanya untuk menemani bekerja, membaca, atau pun ngeblog, saya selaku empunya blog suka sambil mendengarkan musik. Terutama lagu-lagu klasik. Waw menurut saya lagu-lagu era 80 an lebih enak didengar. Maklum saya sekarang jarang mengupdate lagu-lagu terbaru, bahkan bisa dibilang ketinggalan kereta dan Dapat dikatakan Jadul. Tapi bagaimanapun lagu jadul menurut saya lebih enak didengar. Beberapa waktu lalu menemukan lagu-lagu klasik yang menarik..(menurut saya).

Liriknya :
Highway run into the midnight sun
Wheels go round and round
You're on my mind
Restless hearts sleep alone tonight
Sending all my love along the wire
They say that the road
ain't no place to start a family
Right down the line it's been you and me
And loving a music man
ain't always what it's supposed to be

Girl
you stand by me
I'm forever yours
faithfully
Circus life under the big top world
We all need the clowns to make us laugh
Through space and time
Always another show
Wodering where I am lost without you
And being a part ain't easy on this love affair
Two strangers learn to fall in love again
I get the joy of rediscovering you

Oh girl
you stand by me
I'm forever yours
faithfully
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
oh oh oh oh oh oh
faithfully
I'm still yours
I'm forever yours
Ever yours
faithfully

The extremely popular power ballad was the second single from their album 'Frontiers.' The romantic song tells the story of a contractor "music man" on the road and his difficulties raising a family and maintaining a relationship with his wife. The issue of staying faithful however the song reveals a positive spin from the suggestive lifestyle: "Two strangers learn to fall in love again / I get the joy of rediscovering you / Oh, girl, you stand by me / I'm forever yours."
